Return & Exchange Policy
NEW POLICY EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2023:
- Within 90 days from original purchase date: Uniform items may be accepted for return or exchange (see below for Conditions)
- From 91 to 180 days from original purchase date: An in-store credit may be issued to the Family Account for in-store shopping only, it does not expire (see below for Conditions)
- After 181 days from original purchase date: NO EXCHANGE, NO IN-STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS
Conditions for Exchange & Returns:
All items must be unworn, unmarked, not altered or washed, and in original condition, with all original tags, packaging and/or hangers
Opened packages (such as shirts, blouses, tights, socks, etc) are not eligible for an exchange or return
For hygienic reasons, items such as face masks, kilt shorts, hats, hosiery, tights, socks and swimsuits, swim caps etc, are not eligible for an exchange or refund
Final Sale, Consignment, Donated, and Discontinued items are not eligible for an exchange or refund
