1 Account
1.1 How do I create an account?

Click on the top right hand corner marked "My Account/Register" or at the bottom of the page in green marked "Register" under Account.

Click on "Create an Account"

Fill in the form using your name, primary email and phone number that is related to your child(dren) when you first registered at the school. This will allow your online account to be linked to the in school Shop account for accessing your purchase history.

Keep the account type as Private, not Business.

Create a password and register the account.

You will be directed to your Dashboard. From here you can view your account history.

Once completed, you will be able to place your orders from either a laptop or mobile device.

1.2 Do I need a shipping address?

No, items ordered online will be delivered* to either your child(ren)s Homeroom class if in BG2 - Grade 8 or for pick up on designated days and times for those in Upper school.

During the summer pick up at shop or curbside can be booked.

(*Technology items must be picked up at the shop.)

2 Orders
2.1 When will my order be delivered?

Due to Covid-19 and the closure of the school at this time, the in-store Shop is currently closed.

All online orders will be processed as soon as possible and be available for curbside pick-up during the summer months (July/August).

If you have scheduled a uniform fitting appointment, your order will ready for pick up at that time. 

During the regular school year, our Shop Volunteers pick, pack and deliver orders usually the same day. 

Orders are delivered as soon as possible to your child(ren)'s Homeroom class for the Preschool, Lower & Prep School. Upper School orders are delivered to your child(ren)'s mentor.

Should something be out of stock, you will receive a notification email.

2.2 My child received their order, but there is an item missing or incorrect.

We do apologize for any error on your order.

Kindly advise us via email at [email protected] of error, order #, child's name and class.

The correction will be made as soon as possible. Please make sure to keep the item(s) for exchange in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2.3 My technology items were not delivered, why?

Technology items, such as the Surface charger, TI-Nspire calculator, are not delivered during the school year.

You or your child must come pick them up at The Shop during our regular hours (Mon-Fri 8:15-10:30)  

3 Returns and Exchanges
3.1 Click on the "Return & Exchange Policy" located at the right.
4 Wash and Care Instructions
4.1 Can my Blazer be washed?

No, Blazers are dry clean only.

4.2 How do I wash my uniform?

Most items are machine washable in cold water. Hang dry or tumble dry on low setting.

Please refer to label directions on items for complete washing instructions

4.3 Can I wash my tie?

Yes, ties are machine washable. We recommend cold water and hang to dry.
